With over 25 years in customer service in many different aspects. Denise has owned and operated several different businesses which has given her a great feel for people.

Denise has  S.ET. For Life which is a downsizing , transition business which is geared towards the seniors and helping them move into the next phase of their lives. The transition from the family home of a lifetime into a new environment can be very stressful. The family doesn’t have the time to deal with the many details and the emotional stress. This is where Denise’s company assists in coping and minimizing the stress and other emotional factors that one is faced with during these delicate and often vulnerable  times. It is the gift of helping others that gives Denise utter fulfillment.

This business is an extension of Denise’s last few years of caring for an ailing Mother.  That experience led her into wanting to do more for others.  Her desire to help others has enriched her life and the Colonic Hydrotherapy and Sauna Spa is the logical next step as she can help people daily in improving their lives…especially from the inside out.

Christine Eden

I have always been one to think outside the box of life, willing to embrace challenges and willing to leave a place of comfort in order to grow personally and professionally. My sister Denise also has embraced this mindset, the result….we are partners in our newest venture “Garden of Eden”

Between us we have over 50 years in the client /customer care industry. I personally have experienced health issues since I was 20 years old.  Originally a bad back caused by either being thrown from a horse or a car accident. As I got older it became worse and then when I injured it again doing self defence techniques I entered a world of constant chronic pain.  As a result of these injuries it is believed I developed fibromyalgia.  I now suffer chronic fatigue and chronic pain.  It took me 10 years before I was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Unfortunately for me that was as far as it went.  A diagnosis without any answers or treatment! That was when my journey to better health began. It has been a long journey and at times I lost hope that I would ever be without pain every day or so tired that I had no interest in life.

It is only during the past eight years that I have managed to start turning my life and health around.  I owe this transformation to the incredible group of committed holistic believers and practitioners in the Georgetown, Halton Hills area. Ranging from a Pilates coach, naturopath, massage therapist, chiropractor and whole organic food specialist.

All of this is why I now want to give back.  I believe there is a huge need for a Spa such as the Garden of Eden.  People need a place where they will be cared for.  Our goal is to tailor our services to meet our client’s needs.  Our Spa will be a discreet retreat where all your detox needs can be met.
